Return Window

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them

• Unworn or unused

• With all original tags attached

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: We do NOT offer refunds. Exchanges only.

Condition of Items

For hygienic reasons, only unused intimate apparel (e.g., bras, panties, pajamas) with tags are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 781-689-1323. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please allow 5–10 business days for us to respond to your request.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

⚠️ Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the exchange is approved. If approved, you may select a replacement item of equal value.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• If exchanging due to personal reasons (wrong fit, didn’t like it, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The first replacement will be shipped free of charge by us.

• If the error was ours (wrong size, color, or style shipped), we will cover both return and replacement shipping costs.

• For a second exchange of the same order, shipping costs (both ways) will be the customer’s responsibility.
